Technical Support Center

We know that in business, more than often not, time is an important factor. That’s why with our customers’ needs in mind, we have created the Technical Support Center. It is comprised of a dedicated team of experienced engineers, tasked with responding to requests and questions related to the use of Altair software as fast as possible. Each request is given an individual number and technical supervisor and the request status is updated. This all happens in real time.

The Center is available to clients with an active technical support subscription.
