The car interior is the entire interior of the vehicle, consisting of the headliner, side pillar panels, dashboard, door panels, centre console, seats, and all carpets. It is the closest environment for the driver and passengers, whose visual, tactile, auditory, or olfactory perception determines most of your driving experience while traveling. It helps create a unique relationship between the user and the vehicle. It strongly influences the perception of the brand and the product family.

The latest trends in interior design, personalization, and the significant number of variants for the buyer to choose from all pose a considerable challenge for designers. Currently, we can configure the interior of a mid-price vehicle in more than 30 different ways.

The interior design begins with defining the form, shape, and lines specific to the brand of the vehicle. Next, the best possible ergonomics and safety are worked on, depending on the nature and purpose of the vehicle – for example, city, family, luxury, or sports. The appropriate materials and colours are selected, and ambient lighting can harmonize with the music playing while creating a pleasant atmosphere during the trip, altering the driver’s mood.

Exterior elements showcase a car, such as bumpers, sills, or spoilers. We focus on these elements when we see a car for the first time. They give it character, create an atmosphere and make it sporty, elegant, or aerodynamic. When designing these elements, we must be able to reconcile appearance, functionality, aerodynamics, and safety. When designing a bumper module, we think outside the box, considering it an integral part of the vehicle.

Our company is a leading provider of automotive lighting solutions, including rear lamps, headlamps, CHMSL, and ambient lights. Our specialty is, in particular, mechanical design, including work on concepts and development up to the industrialization phase. We analyze the feasibility of elements optimized for both serial and low-volume production. We make 3D documentation, 2D drawings, and documentations in the FTA module. We also offer optical design services including the definition of optical systems, design of the surfaces, photometric simulations, and renderings.

Regarding electronics development, we have extensive experience designing multilayer printed circuit boards, EMC optimization, LED current measurement, LED temperature compensation, redundancy functions, and LED fault detection.

We provide comprehensive design solutions for various automotive components, including engine injection systems, engine supercharging systems, powertrain, cooling systems, and exhaust systems. Our team of experienced professionals possess a range of competencies, including project leading and management, 2D/3D technical drawings, FEM and flow/spray simulation, on-site performance testing and analysis, and customer problem-solving support for production and warranty returns.

We excel in the design of turbocharger components, such as turbine housing, compressor housing and shaft lubrication systems. Alongside this, we are experienced in designing internal combustion engines as well as electric engines. This is mainly based on the design of engine housings, integration of the electric motor, oil systems modelling of battery module housings and electrical connections, design of battery pack frame structures, cooling system components such as heat sink design, and integration of coolant guide tubes.

In addition, we offer comprehensive design solutions for exhaust systems, including the design of fixing systems, muffler optimization, and catalytic converters. Our experienced team leverages advanced technology and industry knowledge to deliver cost-optimized, high-quality designs that meet your specific needs.

We like to say that nothing is impossible for us, everything is just a matter of time. We are a very close-knit group of like-minded people who love to carry out interesting projects in electronics. Most of our projects have been realised comprehensively – from the initial idea written down on paper, in the form of requirements and functionality, to prototyping and even preparing serial production for customers.

We mainly focus on automotive embedded solutions, where a controller designed by us from scratch ends up on the table of the second area of our department – the software engineers. This is where the magic happens that makes the prepared controller come to life. From architecture to Full Stack programming in the most well-known languages (including C Embedded/MISRA, C# /WPF/MVVM, C++/QT/QML/v11/v17 as well as Java/ ReactJS, Java Android/Flutter).

However, we are not limited to embedded solutions, as we develop all web and mobile applications. We are familiar with ASPICE and ISO26262, and see our future in AUTOSAR, where we are currently developing our capabilities.

Our CAE team understands that simulations are designed to aid and enhance design processes, to lower and reduce the time and costs of product development by making critical decisions faster or by studying trends and behaviour of models.

Many of our distinguished customers have already implemented this approach by making Endego CAE an integral part of the design processes.

We had the privilege to support our clients from automotive, maritime, railway, or biomedical industries by performing analyses that reflect working conditions, with some prominent examples below:

  • Structural analyses – crash test, fatigue, vibrational and thermal analysis, and topology optimization
  • Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) – single and multiphase flow, thermal flow, sloshing, air flow stream optimization, fluid-structure interaction (FSI)
  • Kinematic analyses – multi-body (MB) simulation and verification of designed mechanisms in terms of a kinematic and dynamic frameworks
