Our company is a leading provider of automotive lighting solutions, including rear lamps, headlamps, CHMSL, and ambient lights. Our specialty is, in particular, mechanical design, including work on concepts and development up to the industrialization phase. We analyze the feasibility of elements optimized for both serial and low-volume production. We make 3D documentation, 2D drawings, and documentations in the FTA module. We also offer optical design services including the definition of optical systems, design of the surfaces, photometric simulations, and renderings.
Regarding electronics development, we have extensive experience designing multilayer printed circuit boards, EMC optimization, LED current measurement, LED temperature compensation, redundancy functions, and LED fault detection.
Mechanics team develop whole lamp from a scratch in terms of mechanic scope. We get the styling from customer and transfer it from a stylist “pen” to functional molded plastic parts. After that we have to ensure that everything will work each other with sufficient gaps, and don’t fall out.
Optical team consists of engineers with many years of experience in designing exterior lighting for automotive industry. We realized many projects for various OEMs and all possible markets what is the great advantage taking on another challenges. Our team is always focused on providing homogenous, legal and cost-effective solutions.
Electrical team – our experience allows us to develop a cost-efficient design, which fits customer needs. Our experience covers multiple approaches to the product electrical architecture, its front-end, internal diagnostics and communication with a body controller.
CAE Team – we are able to perform a complete simulation study regarding lighting competences. From thermal analysis through vibration study up to components fatigue strength assessment. With CAE on-site, we are developing a simulation-driven design, enhancing product performance with the optimal number of required loops to deliver a complete and validated solution.
