Right from the initial project phase, we provide comprehensive engineering support, assisting with technical specifications, customer needs assessment, feasibility evaluation, and regulatory compliance analysis.

We engage early to align customer-specific needs and production parameters, providing focused support in shaping project concepts.

We shape vehicle concepts, creating technical designs, visualisations and 3D models, which form the basis for comprehensive project implementation. At this stage, we consider manufacturing and technological aspects. We conduct tolerance chain analyses to prevent design errors at the development stage.

At the customer's request, we make prototypes to verify the correctness of the operation. In this phase, we check and analyse the accuracy of the order of assembly, correctness of operation in terms of functionality, ergonomics, weight taking into account all the elements included in the product (electronics, purchase elements, etc.). We make rough prototypes that reflect the final product (post-processing).

Our engineers are familiar with the processes required when validating and testing components for the automotive industry. We eagerly assist customers with these processes and support them during this project development phase.

With our dedicated assistance, we initiate the Production Phase after prototype approval. We take an active role with our 90-day support, introducing necessary modifications of projects during production.
